1. The double roller granulator refers to granulating materials at room temperature. Compared with other methods, drying measures such as fuel oil and gas are not required. Therefore, it can save energy and reduce consumption.
2. The double roller granulator can be used in the npk production line. There are more than 20 kinds of materials successfully used for extrusion granulation: ammonium nitrate, urea, ammonium chloride, calcium nitrate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, etc. In addition, the twin-roll extrusion granulator can flexibly realize the replacement of product formula in a short time, and a set of equipment can produce more than 30 kinds of formula products.
3. Due to the omission of the drying process, the return rate is low (accounting for about 15% of the total feed volume of the extruder). Moreover, dry granulation does not require additional additives, and only uses the intermolecular force of the material itself, which not only simplifies the process, but also reduces energy consumption and low investment.

Reason 1: too much moisture in raw materials
Solution: reduce material moisture.
Reason 2: The pressure strength of the billet is not enough
Solution: reduce the gap between the two rollers of the double roller granulator, and generally control it between 0.3mm and 1mm.
Reason 3: The surface of the billet of the roller extrusion granulator is rough
Solution: Add abrasives and operate the double-roll extrusion granulator to grind the roller skin.
