Chicken manure is one of the best fertilizers you can use in your garden. In a larger scope, it is also very valuable for cash crop all over the world. Many companies produce chickens, eggs, and grow crops simultaneously. This is a reciprocal relationship that allows you to use the manure produced by chickens for crops you grow on the same land. Why is chicken manure so valuable? There are many reasons why you should consider using chicken manure for crops. Firstly, it contains abundant nitrogen, which is a major element often lacking in soil. It is also easy to collect, compost, and convert into usable particles. We suggest that you prepare a pile or piles of hot compost to produce this fertilizer for your farm or garden.
Process flow of chicken manure organic fertilizer production line:
1. Chicken manure raw materials and plant straw are mixed for fermentation. It is recommended to use a ground tipping machine for ground stacking, or a trough tipping machine for feeding materials in the fermentation tank. During fermentation, the raw materials need to be flipped irregularly.
2. The fermentation time varies depending on the temperature in different regions. Generally, the fermentation time is 7-15 days, and after complete fermentation and maturation, it is directly collected by forklift.
3. Use a forklift to transport the fermented sheep manure raw materials to the silo, where they are transported by a belt conveyor to an organic fertilizer crusher for crushing.
4. The crushed raw materials are sent to the organic fertilizer mixer through a belt conveyor for uniform mixing and stirring, and then sent to the organic fertilizer granulator.
5. After the raw materials are granulated using an organic fertilizer granulator, they are directly sent to the organic fertilizer dryer for easy transportation and storage.
To prevent organic fertilizer particles from clumping, the dried particles need to be sent to the organic fertilizer cooler for cooling to increase their particle strength.
7. The cooled particles are sent to the organic fertilizer screening machine for screening, and the unqualified particles are sent to the granulator for re granulation. The qualified particles enter the next process.
8. After screening, the qualified particles are packaged into bags using an automatic packaging machine or manually, and placed in a dry and ventilated place to complete the entire production process.
If you already have hundreds or thousands of chickens producing feces for you, you may want to convert this material into fertilizer pellets. Of course, you must compost the manure before using it. Once the process is completed, these machines will complete the remaining work. If you want to achieve the best results, this is one of the best methods to improve the soil quality of crop growth. Just ensure that the chicken manure fertilizer applicator is affordable.
