1. Fermentation
The raw materials are collected and mixed with straw and chicken manure to make compost and ferment. In the process of fermentation and seed production, the use of a compost windrow turner can make the material fully ferment. Only by turning the pile in time and evenly can this be achieved. Some places are very dry, some places are very wet, which will affect the fermentation quality, so it is recommended to use a stacker.
2. Crushing and mixing of ingredients
The composted materials, inorganic fertilizers such as N, P, K and other additives are crushed, proportioned and mixed through a material crusher and a horizontal mixer in a certain proportion. The function of this system is to crush, mix and mix the composted materials, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, inorganic fertilizers and other additives in a certain proportion. According to many years of experience, the following suggestions are put forward for the equipment: the vertical crusher is used to crush the compost of cow manure, which is not easy to stick to the wall and block; the multi-layer turbulent chain hammer structure is used to improve the crushing performance; the continuous automatic batching system is suitable for the dynamic measurement and batching control of organic fertilizer raw materials; the mixing industry is equipped with a double shaft continuous mixer, which has good sealing performance, and the sticky and wet materials are not easy to be at the root of the mixing shaft adhere.
3. Granulation
A new type of organic fertilizer granulator was used to granulate the materials. The function of this system is to make particles from the materials which have been mixed completely. The advantages of the granulator are: wide adaptability of raw materials, wide requirements for raw material density and moisture content of raw materials, stable granulation, high forming rate of granules, uniform appearance of finished products, and no easy breakage;

4. Drying
Using the dryer, the granulated particles can be further removed to meet the standard requirements of moisture content of organic fertilizer.
5. Cooling
Cooling the granular materials with a cooler helps to store the particles with good quality. The hot particles from the dryer enter into the counter flow cooler from the top. The dry air enters from the lower part of the cooler under the action of the cooling fan, and carries out full cold and heat exchange with the hot and humid particles under the upper part. After cooling, the difference between particle temperature and ambient temperature is less than 5 ℃.
6. Screening
The unqualified particles are separated by drum screening machine, and transported to the crusher by belt conveyor, and then crushed and stirred for granulation again. The qualified particles are carried out in the next process.
7. Packaging
The qualified granules are packed by automatic quantitative packaging machine.
The whole organic fertilizer production process is connected by belt conveyor, bucket elevator or screw conveyor to realize the automatic production of organic fertilizer. The whole set of equipment only needs two or three workers to operate.
