The production process of organic fertilizer production line is mainly to mix the organic solid wastes with water content less than 60%, such as chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, duck manure, domestic waste, sugar residue, distiller’s grains, sludge, medicine residue, sugar residue, mushroom waste, rice husk, weeds, straw, monosodium glutamate factory waste as the main raw materials, adding microbial fermentation agent, etc., to make it fully rotten After being cooked, sterilized, deodorized, dehydrated, fermented and dried to 30-35% water content, the organic waste is crushed and screened by magnetic separation.

Equipment production technology of organic fertilizer production line

Then, the raw materials with binder and other components to be compatible are measured, proportioned and mixed in the automatic batching and mixing system according to the proportioning requirements (or further drying to produce powdered organic fertilizer). The fully mixed materials are evenly and continuously fed into the fertilizer granulator machine by the belt conveyor for granulation, and then dried by the dryer with low temperature and large air volume (≤ 65 ℃) for cooling The screened and finished product particles are coated by the coating machine (with brightener and anti caking agent), and transported to the finished product bin by the belt conveyor. After being measured by the computer automatic quantitative packaging system, the finished products packaged in 40-50kg / bag are stacked and put into storage.

Finally, the round granular fertilizer is produced. The material transportation between various equipment in the whole organic fertilizer production process is configured according to the equipment configuration requirements.

Organic fertilizer equipment production line includes: fermentation compost turning machine, automatic batching machine, fertilizer crusher, mixing mixer, fertilizer granulator machine, dryer, cooler, screening machine, coating machine, packaging equipment, belt conveyor, etc.
