1. Raw material stacking and fermentation equipment – tank type composting machine and plate chain composting machine. Implement a new design with multiple slots for one machine, effectively saving space and equipment investment funds.

2. New dry and wet material pulverizers – vertical and horizontal pulverizers, with internal structures of chain and hammer type. No screen, even if the material is crushed from the water, it will not block.

3. Fully automatic multi bin batching machine – designed as 2 bins, 3 bins, 4 bins, 5 bins, etc. according to the customer’s raw material variety. In terms of system structure, small and medium-sized distributed control systems are adopted, achieving the problem of decentralized control and centralized management; This system adopts static weighing and batching, dynamically evenly dividing materials, so that the prepared materials can achieve a good mixing process before entering the mixer, absorbing the respective advantages of dynamic and static batching; It has manual and automatic switching functions. When online, each control unit communicates information according to the MODBUS communication protocol, and the upper computer is far from the operating site, improving the stability of the system and the working environment of the operator;

4. Mixing mixer – including vertical mixer, horizontal mixer, dual shaft strong mixer, drum mixer, etc. The internal mixing structure is divided into blade type, spiral type, etc. Design a suitable mixing structure based on the characteristics of the material. The discharge port is designed for cylinder control and baffle control.

5. Organic fertilizer granulators – including disk granulators, new wet granulators, throwing round machines, drum granulators, coating machines, etc. Select a suitable granulator according to the characteristics of raw materials.

6. Rotary dryer, also known as drum dryer and biological Manure dryer, because the temperature of Manure drying cannot exceed 80 °, our dryer adopts the hot air drying mode.

7. Cooling machine – Similar in appearance to a dryer, but different in material and performance. The dryer host is made of boiler steel, and the cooling machine host is customized with carbon steel plates.

8. Screening machine – including drum type and vibrating type. The screening machine is divided into three stages, two stages, etc.

9. Particle coating machine – The appearance of the main machine is similar to that of a drying machine and a cooling machine, but the internal structure differs greatly. The interior of the coating machine is made of stainless steel plate or polypropylene lining. The entire machine includes a matching powder dispenser and oil pump.
