The fermentation process of compound fertilizer equipment mainly involves mixing organic solid waste with moisture content less than 60%, auxiliary materials (such as plant straw), microbial fermentation agents, etc., and using aerobic continuous fermentation in a pool to fully decompose, sterilize, deodorize, and remove water. The moisture content of the decomposed material is generally within the range of 30-35%. After screening and magnetic separation, it can be directly used for granulation to produce spherical organic fertilizer, or further dried to produce powdered organic fertilizer.

The granulation characteristics of compound fertilizer equipment:

1. Adopting high-quality anti-corrosion and wear-resistant materials, the equipment has a beautiful appearance, simple operation, low energy consumption, long service life, high granulation rate, and a wide range of applications,

2. No drying process, room temperature granulation, one-time molding, low investment, fast effectiveness, and good economic benefits.

3. Low power, reliable operation, no emissions of three wastes, stable operation, convenient maintenance, reasonable process layout, advanced technology, and low production costs.

4. The raw materials have wide adaptability and can be used for granulation of various raw materials such as compound fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, chemical feed, coal, metallurgy, etc. It can also produce various concentrations and types of compound fertilizers (including organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, biological fertilizers, magnetized fertilizers, etc.).

5. Especially the granulation of rare earth, ammonium carbonate, and ammonium sulfate based compound fertilizers is a promotion project of applicable national environmental protection technologies.
