Working principle of Organic fertilizer dryer:

After the dehydrated wet materials are added into the Organic fertilizer dryer, the materials are evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully contacted with the hot air when the uniformly distributed plate reader in the drum is turned, which speeds up the drying heat and mass transfer. During the drying process, the material is discharged from another section of the star discharge valve of the dryer under the action of the inclined plate and the hot air.

How to arrange Organic fertilizer dryer in Organic fertilizer production line?

1. Feeding silo: To prevent wet and sticky materials from clogging in the feeding silo, a reasonable feeding silo structure should be designed, such as using an asymmetric geometric shape hopper; Or increase the inclination angle of the bucket wall and the discharge port; Adding activation cones or pressure reducing plates in the silo; Alternatively, set up material piercing holes at the exit. At the same time, it can also reduce the amount of material in the silo, reduce the pressure of the silo, and prevent material blockage. It can also design a vibration feeding hopper for arch breaking and unloading according to the properties of the material, which is used for feeding the dryer.

2. Combustion chamber: The appropriate combustion chamber should be selected based on the nature, source, dryer type, and other factors of the fuel, combined with the factory conditions. For example, if the factory has coal powder, it can be considered to use a coal powder combustion chamber; Low quality coal can be used in fluidized bed furnaces, etc.

Secondly, the combustion chamber of the dryer equipment generally needs to consider setting up a “air flue gas” mixing chamber, installing a thermometer to measure the flue gas temperature, and a cold air door to adjust the amount of cold air added. We also need to design a reasonable wind barrier to prevent high-temperature flames from burning towards the dryer cylinder and feeding pipe. The feeding pipe is coated with heat-resistant concrete or brick chutes. In addition, reducing the amount of cold air leakage into the feeding pipe is beneficial for improving drying efficiency.

3. Drying heat system: The drying heat system includes three parts: combustion chamber, dryer, and exhaust dust collection. The selection of exhaust fan and dust collector should meet the combustion air coefficient of not more than 1 and 2 when entering the dryer; The working wind speed at the cold end of the dryer should not exceed 3m/s; The discharge port under the suction hood should be equipped with a locking device; Dust collectors and exhaust ducts need to have insulation and insulation measures.
