Traditional granulation processes such as disc or drum have high requirements for raw material fineness, which means that over 80% of the material should have a fineness of over 80 mesh. Therefore, it is necessary to crush it. Due to the high moisture content of the fermented organic material, it needs to be dried to below 13% moisture before crushing to meet the crushing conditions, which requires high equipment investment and high operating costs.

2. It can increase the addition amount of organic materials to over 95%. Traditional granulation processes such as disc or rotary drum use more than 80 mesh organic materials and add binders, and the maximum amount of organic raw materials is 30-40%. Therefore, to produce spherical Organic fertilizer with high content or pure organic matter, traditional granulation processes cannot be achieved.
