Organic fertilizer production mainly includes two processes, pre-fermentation and post-granulation. A full set of organic fertilizer production line equipment includes: fermentation turning machine, crusher, feeder, horizontal mixer, organic fertilizer granulator, dryer, cooling machine, screening machine, weighing and packaging machine. Common organic fertilizer granulators include: npk fertilizer granulator, stock transfer granulator, disc granulator machine, new organic fertilizer granulator, new two-in-one organic fertilizer granulator, flat die granulator, ring various granulators have their own production characteristics, and the fertilizer granulator machine price vary.

Fermentative production of organic fertilizers requires aerobic fermentation. Therefore, during the operation, it is necessary to increase oxygen supply measures for mixing symmetry, frequent rotation and ventilation. Otherwise, it will cause anaerobic fermentation and odor, which will affect the effect of fertilizer. Generally speaking, after 48 hours of pig manure accumulation, the temperature rises to 50-75°C, and it can reach above 65°C on the third day. At this high temperature, it is turned by the organic fertilizer wheel composting converter. Under normal circumstances, there will be two times of 65°C during the fermentation process. At the above high temperature, the fermentation can be turned over twice, and the fermentation can be completed normally within a week. The material is dark brown and the temperature begins to drop to room temperature, indicating that the fermentation is complete.

The fermented material (water content 35%) is mixed by a mixer, passed through an organic fertilizer granulator machine, then dried by a dryer, cooled by a cooling tower, and screened by a sieving machine. Unqualified products are returned to the mixer again, and medium and trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, and sulfur can be applied. After the granules pass through the roller coater, they can be packed by an automatic packing machine.
