Firstly, there must be a workplace. The area of organic fertilizer equipment is mainly related to the annual output, which is generally divided into the following categories:
An organic fertilizer processing plant with an annual output of 5,000 tons needs 1,000-1,500 square meters;
An organic fertilizer processing plant with an annual output of 10,000 tons requires 1500-2000 square meters;
An organic fertilizer processing plant with an annual output of 20,000 tons requires 2000-2500 square meters;
An organic fertilizer processing plant with an annual output of 30,000 tons requires 3,000-3,500 square meters;
An organic fertilizer processing plant with an annual output of 50,000 tons requires 5,000-6,000 square meters;
Secondly,choice of organic fertilizer equipment:
1. Determine the size of the organic fertilizer equipment: such as how many tons per year, or how many tons per hour, to determine the price.
2. Determine the shape of the particles, that is, what kind of granulator to choose: powder, column, oblate or standard circle. Commonly used organic fertilizer granulation equipment are: disc granulator, rotary drum granulator, wet granulator, double roller granulator, flat die granulator, ring film granulator. The choice of granulator should be determined according to the local fertilizer sales market.
3. Determine the configuration level of organic fertilizer equipment: the level of equipment configuration is different, the price of organic fertilizer equipment is different, the amount of labor is different, and the stable and high yield of organic fertilizer equipment is also different. Automatic packaging device, automatic dosing device, cyclone dust removal and water dust removal.
4. Determine the type of fertilizer to be produced. Generally, there are 4 kinds of organic fertilizers, pure organic fertilizer, organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer, and microbial compound fertilizer. There are also subtle differences in organic fertilizer equipment, npk fertilizer production line, organic fertilizer production lines, and bio-organic fertilizer production lines. The lines are slightly different.
