How to avoid oil leakage in organic fertilizer tumble dryer

(1) When the organic fertilizer drum dryer is running, if it is not cleaned in time, it is easy to cause some oil holes on the oil delivery pipe to be blocked by material slag, resulting in an increase in oil pressure in the oil pipe, an increase in the amount of oil sprayed from the oil ring, and it is easy to splash outside the equipment , causing oil leakage inside and outside the whole set of dryer. Therefore, in this case, the tumble dryer must be cleaned and cleaned in time to remove the oil spray holes.

(2) When injecting fuel, the fuel injection valve is increased, and the fuel injection volume is large. Generally, the oil will fall from the oil injection hole to some shafts inside the equipment. At the same time, the high-speed operation of the equipment will cause oil splashing, resulting in dry quality of the equipment and difficulty in operation. In response to this situation, technicians must fine-tune the oil injection link of the dryer to ensure that under the premise of normal oil injection and lubrication of the tumble dryer, no oil shortage and oil temperature will affect the equipment.

(3) When lubricating the dryer, because the oil falls off from the oil leakage ring, the entire equipment will leak oil. In order to eliminate this situation, the dryer sets a rubber plate between the oil ring and the oil hole to completely isolate the splash of the oil event.

(4) It is also possible to replace the parts of the entire tumble dryer, increase the overall area of the oil injection hole, and ensure that the lubrication of the oil shaft will not cause equipment blockage and oil leakage.
