The natural composting process of animal manure organic fertilizer can be divided into heating, high temperature and cooling processes. During this process, microorganisms multiply rapidly, decompose organic matters, accumulate a large amount of ammonium nitrogen in the bulk, and make the H value rise, so as to accelerate the volatilization and loss of ammonium nitrogen in the form of gaseous nitrogen. The ammonium nitrogen needs to be fixed into nitrate nitrogen through the transformation of nitrifying bacteria, and nitrifying bacteria are inhibited in the high temperature stage, so The volatilization of nitrogen mostly occurs at high temperature. Therefore, it is necessary to find a balance between the complete maturity of organic materials and the adjustment of pH value by cooling and nitrogen fixation.

Aerobic fermentation is a relatively mature fertilizer production process, which can reach above 50 ℃ in about 20 days, and then keep high temperature for a period of time. Anaerobic fermentation is in a low temperature state, the fermentation time is long, so the fermentation cycle is long, and the cost is increased accordingly.
The intermittent fermentation process is the key point of this experiment, taking into account the advantages of aerobic fermentation and anaerobic fermentation. In the early stage, the temperature is raised rapidly through aerobic fermentation to speed up the fermentation cycle, and in the later stage, keeping anaerobic can reduce the pH of the whole sample pile. The intermittent fermentation technology can be used for the fermentation of organic fertilizer. Judging from the temperature curve, the intermittent fermentation can also make the manure of livestock and poultry fermented in about 50 days.
At the same external room temperature, pig manure, cow manure and chicken manure as raw materials have little effect on the temperature of the whole fermentation process. In the aerobic stage, the maximum temperature of chicken manure and cow manure is slightly higher than that of pig manure, but generally speaking, the composting temperature curves of three different manure sources are similar.
After adding sulfur powder in the high temperature period of fermentation, the temperature of fertilizer pile increased rapidly, but the temperature change was not obvious after adding monosodium glutamate residue.
Cow dung organic fertilizer fermentation equipment: to produce organic fertilizer with cow dung as raw material, fermentation must be carried out first. Cow dung itself has comprehensive nutrients. It is not only rich in essential nutrients such as organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other trace elements, but also contains a variety of biological enzymes and microorganisms. However, they need to be absorbed by fermented cow dung, otherwise harmful substances will affect crops, not only can not provide nutrition, but also cause harm such as burning seedlings and pests.
