The disc granulator (also known as the ball disc) adopts an integral arc structure with a high granulation rate. The granulator disc has three discharge ports, which are convenient for intermittent production operations, reduce labor intensity, and improve labor efficiency. The reducer and electric motor are driven by flexible belts, which start smoothly, reduce impact force, and improve equipment service life. The bottom of the granulator disc is reinforced with multiple radiating steel plates, which are sturdy, durable, and do not deform. The thickened, weighted, and sturdy base design does not require anchor bolts to fix, and operates smoothly. It is an ideal equipment for organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer granulation.

The main equipment of the organic fertilizer disc granulation production line:

1. Automatic batching system: The automatic batching system mainly consists of a feeding system, weighing device, silo, and conveyor belt. And the static batching system has both the speed of dynamic batching and the accuracy of ordinary static batching (0.2%).

2. Disc mixer: This mixer is energy-saving, small in size, fast in mixing speed, and can work continuously, making it particularly suitable for use in urban and rural construction projects.

3. Disc granulator: This series of disc granulators is a new type of inclined disc granulator with a granulation rate of over 90%. The reducer and motor are driven by flexible belts, which start smoothly, reduce impact force, and improve the service life of the equipment

4. Drying machine: This machine has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, simple operation, uniform drying, and convenient maintenance. This product is available in various places.

5. Chain crusher: During the crushing process, high-strength wear-resistant hard alloy chain plates with synchronous speed are used. The inlet and outlet design is reasonable, the crushed materials are uniform, not easy to stick to walls, and easy to clean.

6. Drum screening machine: This machine adopts a combination screen, which is easy to maintain and replace. Its structure is simple, operation is convenient, and operation is stable, making it an ideal equipment in the production of compound fertilizers.

7. Coating machine: The main unit is lined with polypropylene or acid resistant stainless steel. This equipment has been specially designed in terms of internal structure according to process requirements, making it an effective specialized equipment for compound fertilizers.

8. Packaging scale: The packaging scale mainly consists of an automatic quantitative packaging scale (composed of a storage hopper, feeder, weighing bag hopper, kneading mechanism, computer control, pneumatic execution part, etc.) and an optional part (conveyor, sewing machine/heat sealing machine). Spiral feeding is used, and the material is forcibly discharged by the feeding mechanism.

9. Cyclone dust collector: mainly used for pre dust removal of high concentration dust and material separation and recovery. For capturing and separating coarser particle dust with a size of 5-10um or more, the purification rate is high. It has the characteristics of simple structure, easy installation and maintenance management, low cost and operating expenses, and small footprint

10. Conveyor: Suitable for conveying loose materials or baggy items in coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical, building materials, docks, warehouses, construction sites, etc. It is particularly suitable for use in environments that require manual loading such as fertilizer plants and cement plants, saving a lot of personnel.
